Experiencing stress and anxiety? Is there never enough time in the day? Why not spend your lunch hour working towards effective stress management, the achievement of your life purpose, career goals and happiness? My Take a Step program might be the perfect opportunity.

Designed for time-poor professionals and executives, Take a Step is a one to one 50 – 60 minute personal coaching session where we will step out into the natural environment and fresh air to invigorate your personal development and gain optimum clarity on your goals. These walking sessions will be structured like a regular session, only with the added benefits of nature, convenience and movement.

As a trained counselling professional and an impartial coach, ultimately I’m here to empower you and equip you with the tools for meaningful, long-term fulfilment. There’s no judgement and no jargon – just simple, compassionate and practical assistance tailored to you and your life goals.

Take a Step sessions can address a range of issues, including:

Take a Step may be the most valuable hour of your working week. Daily life and business stresses often block us from gaining perspective and facilitating change. By creating an hour of dedicated coaching within your week, you’ll find the ability to facilitate significant improvements and goal attainment at work and in life.

A Take a Step session will take in the green surrounds of the Royal Botanic Gardens’ ‘The Tan’ or Albert Park Lake. Sessions can be scheduled before office hours or during your lunch hour. Our time together will address your specific coaching goals and incorporate effective mindfulness practices for long-term wellbeing.
